Implementation of TQM in Hybrid Learning Management to Ensure Graduate Quality

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles in hybrid learning and its impact on graduate quality. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was employed using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model and validated through triangulation. The findings reveal that systematic and continuous implementation of TQM enhances students’ academic and digital competencies as well as stakeholder satisfaction.
