Abstract

This study aims to determine the Principal's Leadership Style in Improving Educator Professionalism at SMK Darul Falah Bulok using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the study show several findings that various efforts are made by the principal to improve the effectiveness of teacher work. Among them by implementing a democratic and transformational leadership style. The principal provides opportunities for teachers to express opinions in school meetings, involves teachers in decision-making, and provides motivation and support to improve the quality of learning. The efforts made by the principal include holding training and workshops for teachers, conducting regular academic supervision, providing motivation and awards to outstanding teachers and providing learning support facilities. With the principal's leadership style, there is an increase in teacher professionalism, such as: 1) Teachers are more disciplined in carrying out their duties, 2) Teachers are more creative in using learning methods, 3) Teachers actively participate in competency development activities and 4) The quality of learning in the classroom is getting better.
